The Challenge

As the peak national professional pharmacy organisation representing pharmacists across Australia, the Pharmaceuticals Society of Australia (PSA) recognized the need for a dynamic online training solution for its members. With the goal of offering comprehensive training in Certificate III in Community Pharmacy and Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy Dispensary, PSA sought to provide an engaging and effective eLearning program that catered to diverse learning styles and needs.

The Creative Approach

Poncho eLearning undertook the challenge by leveraging interactive media, custom graphics, and innovative interface design to create an immersive learning experience. The custom eLearning solution featured a virtual pharmacy environment where learners could explore various aspects of working in a community pharmacy. Interactive animated characters enabled learners to engage in simulated customer interactions, practicing communication skills and problem-solving in a realistic setting.
