The Australian HR Institute (AHRI) faced the pressing need to address workplace bullying and harassment effectively, and needed a solution it could offer its members which blended the legalities with engaging examples. Without a safe and interactive environment for learners to practice handling such situations, there is an increased risk of real-life incidents and their impact on team dynamics.
