Deadly Pharmacists
This program was a two-time finalist at the 2023 AITD awards.
Our work on the Deadly Pharmacists training program supports pharmacists across Australia in delivering culturally responsive care within Indigenous Australian communities.
In collaboration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA) and NACCHO, we crafted an engaging, CPD-accredited online course that combines clinical knowledge with a deep understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.
Featuring animations, videos, and reflective activities, the program equips pharmacists with the tools to address healthcare disparities and make meaningful impacts within their communities.
Since its launch, the course has exceeded enrolment expectations, reinforcing its importance in advancing health equity.

Basic Rail Industry Knowledge
This program was a finalist at the 2023 AITD Awards.To modernise rail industry onboarding, we partnered with Metro Trains Melbourne (MTM) to create the Basic Rail Industry Knowledge (BRIK) course.Designed as an engaging six-part online induction, BRIK offers new employees insight into MTM’s operations, showing how different roles and departments work together to deliver safe, reliable transport across Melbourne.This course was designed to replace traditional training with a more sustainable, relevant approach, ensuring new entrants grasp the fundamentals of the rail network from day one.

This program was a winner and finalist at the 2022 AITD awards.
For ARTC’s Pathway to Zero Harm strategy, we developed a dynamic eLearning program that boosts non-technical skills essential for rail protection roles.
Through an engaging, interactive “Choose Your Own Adventure” format, participants complete prework before attending a one-day, scenario-based session.
This blended approach strengthens practical skills like decision-making, leadership, and communication – ensuring that protection officers and coordinators are confident and prepared on the job.
With a 98.5% positive feedback rate, the program has exceeded expectations, setting a new standard for online learning in the rail industry.

Finalist Best use of Technology for Learning 2022
This program was a finalist at the 2022 AITD Awards.We worked closely with Melbourne’s tram drivers, trainers, and subject matter experts to transform 250 km of Melbourne’s tram network into an immersive digital learning experience.This massive project, over a year in the making, resulted in interactive training tools and assessments that replicate the real-world tram experience.Drivers can now practise any route, familiarise themselves with new areas, or refresh their knowledge without leaving the depot.The program has been a game-changer, offering faster route learning; refresher training on demand; and performance tracking to assess driving decisions and minimise off-route incidents.Our interactive solution makes route knowledge accessible, engaging, and practical—empowering Melbourne’s tram drivers to perform at their best, safely and confidently.
